We’re looking for a Client Success Director to join our leadership team and take ownership of client relationships, project execution, and sales growth.


What You’ll Do


This hybrid role combines

Client Success & Project Management (salary-based) with Sales & Business Development (commission-based).


Client Success & Project Management (Salary-Based)


  • Lead and manage digital marketing projects including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and website/branding packages
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading weekly/monthly check-ins and quarterly reviews
  • Manage project timelines, task delegation, and internal team alignment
  • Supervise the Digital Marketing Manager and support team operations
  • Run weekly team meetings and ensure high performance across all departments
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Office Manager to improve systems and processes
  • Help cover CEO responsibilities during their absence
  • Participate in hiring and team management decisions
  • Represent Mighty Media�s core values in every interaction


Sales & Business Development (Commission-Based)


  • Lead client consultations, follow-ups, and proposals
  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and track performance in the CRM
  • Earn 5% commission on all new sales, paid monthly for up to 12 months per client
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new clients for digital marketing services:
  • Social media management
  • SEO services
  • Google & Facebook advertising
  • Website and logo design (hosting/onboarding fees not included in commission)


Work Schedule & Expectations


  • Total Hours: 40-45 hours/week
  • In-Office: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Londonderry, NH office)
  • Remote: Fridays
  • Flexibility: Must be available for client needs outside of standard hours, including occasional evenings or weekends


What Success Looks Like (KPIs)


Sales Metrics


  • $15,000+ in new revenue closed per month
  • 2+ new clients signed monthly
  • 10+ qualified sales calls booked monthly
  • 35%+ sales conversion rate


Client Success Metrics


  • 95%+ on-time delivery of reports and strategies
  • 95%+ client satisfaction rate
  • Strong team collaboration and performance


Team Referral Bonus


  • $300 bonus to any team member who refers a lead that becomes a closed client
  • Paid from the Client Success Director�s commission
  • Applies to deals of $3,000+ one-time or $1,000+/month in recurring revenue


Qualifications


  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or digital marketing project management
  • Proven experience closing deals and driving sales in a marketing or agency environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and reporting platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
