Through their work on the back-end of operations, our Client Care Processors - Level 2 support the Client Services team in providing best-in-class service to all our clients. They work with our internal departments to ensure the proper execution of our Worry-Free program and resolution of after-delivery issues. Ideal candidates are caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service to all our clients. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio, and offers varied shifts and schedules.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


CLIENT SERVICES


  • Partners with internal departments (Special Order, Parts Team, Tech Services, Buying) to ensure proper repair and replacement through our Worry-Free program


o Works closely with the Tech Services team


o Follows-up with all clients after Tech visits to get feedback and provide next steps in the process


  • Enters all Stock, Special Parts Orders, and Special Order Exchanges into the system and provides timely and consistent follow-up with clients


  • Responsible for communicating canceled Purchase Orders and Fabric Delays/Samples


  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.


  • Assist with worry-free entry


  • Other duties as assigned


COMPENSATION


  • Hourly rate: $22.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly


  • Hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday


  • Bonus: If achieved, eligible for Client Services Bonus


Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent required


  • 2-3+ years� experience within a customer-service-focused environment (retail, hospitality, or food/beverage) is required; high-volume call center experience is preferred


  • Knowledge of WMS (Manhattan), SalesForce, and STORIS is a plus


  • Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance (proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred)


  • Excellent communication, problem solving and follow up skills


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating prioritization skills and a high sense of urgency


  • Takes on difficult challenges and finds creative solutions


  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
