Through their work on the back-end of operations, our Client Care Processors - Level 2 support the Client Services team in providing best-in-class service to all our clients. They work with our internal departments to ensure the proper execution of our Worry-Free program and resolution of after-delivery issues. Ideal candidates are caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service to all our clients. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio, and offers varied shifts and schedules.
CLIENT SERVICES
o Works closely with the Tech Services team
o Follows-up with all clients after Tech visits to get feedback and provide next steps in the process
