Client Service Representative

• Respond to client inquiries and investigate client issues related to production, quality, delivery schedules, and specifications.
  
• Provide critical information to other departments to aid in the swift resolution of client problems.
  
• Diagnose, define, and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
  
• Develop strong client relationships by effectively expediting complaint resolutions.
  
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them updated and notified about the status of their concerns via calls and/or Client 360.
  
• Compile and provide detailed reports and activity logs for both management and client reviews.
  
• Stay well-versed in Fiserv�s print products and services, particularly Statement Advantage and print ready documents, to provide knowledgeable support.
  

• Bachelor�s degree in Business or related field, and/or equivalent work or military experience.
  
• 2+ years of experience in client support or key account management.
  
• 2+ years of experience in problem-solving client issues and developing client relations.
  
• 2+ years of experience using client service technologies and methodologies.
  
• 2+ years of experience providing detailed reports and activity logs for management and client review.
  

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or fintech industry.
  
• 3+ years of experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, such as Client 360.
  
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Familiarity with Fiserv�s product suite, particularly Statement Advantage.
  
• 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
