We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized
Client Account + Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing residential design firm. If you love creating order out of chaos, building systems, managing timelines, and being the glue between clients, designers, and freelancers - this is your role.You’ll be the engine behind our project workflow: tracking milestones, coordinating with design freelancers, communicating clearly with clients, and helping us level up our CRM and automation systems. We’re a small team doing big things, and we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to build the airplane as we fly it.
What You'll Do
- Manage timelines and milestones across 50+ active residential projects
- Coordinate communication between clients, designers, and drafting freelancers
- Visit project sites to measure and 3D scan homes for design kickoff
- Build a better CRM experience than what we currently have (we�re all ears)
- Create and optimize internal workflow automations to streamline our process
- Use Google Gemini (and other AI tools) to increase efficiency and creativity
- Handle the curveballs and moving parts that come with a small, fast-moving team
- Own client communication touchpoints with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture or similar design-related background preferred
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing complex projects and juggling many deadlines at once
- Tech-savvy and excited about using tools like Google Gemini, Help Scout, or Zapier
- Naturally organized, resourceful, and proactive
- Willingness to learn, grow, and teach as we build together
- Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to improve existing systems
