Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of residential swimming pools.
  
• Skim, vacuum, brush, and chemically treat pools to maintain water clarity and safety.
  
• Check and balance water chemistry using proper testing techniques.
  
• Inspect pool equipment for functionality and report any issues.
  
• Accurately log service visits and maintenance reports using provided technology.
  
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Use company-provided vehicles to travel between service locations.
  
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  
• Participate in training sessions and certifications as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required - we provide full training!
  
• Strong candidates will have 1+ year of verifiable pool cleaning experience.
  
• Certifications such as CPO, CMS, CST, CSP from PHTA or WU are highly valued.
  
• Coachable, curious, persistent, and goal-oriented personality.
  
• Commitment to high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute throughout the Orlando area.
  
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  
• Strong work ethic and a desire to grow with the company.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
