Wolgast Corporation is hiring a
Cleaning/Contents Lead Technician to oversee and perform field cleaning, contents handling, and restoration work. In this role, you’ll lead crews on-site, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and deliver top-quality service to our clients.- Supervise cleaning/restoration crews and provide training/mentorship
- Conduct job site walk-throughs and prepare accurate scopes
- Perform hands-on disaster restoration services (water/fire/smoke)
- Input job details and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters
- Support emergency jobs on a rotating on-call schedule (2-hour response)
- High School Diploma required
- IICRC Certifications in Fire/Smoke Restoration and Odor Control (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing ladders, etc.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Xactimate is a plus
