THE OPPORTUNITY: We have a profitable classified operation with massive untapped growth potential while Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist leave serious money on the table. This role exists to capture that opportunity and build new revenue streams. You're not just managing a team - you're building the revenue engine that makes Daily Courier the undisputed local media champion.


WHAT YOU'LL DOMINATE: Lead 6-person team across classified, obituary, legal, and customer success functions and transform CSRs into retention specialists - while building workflow systems that increase team productivity and creating training programs and growing revenue with new product development.
