Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager
Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a leading civil engineering and design firm to find an experienced
Civil Project Manager for their Loveland, CO office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a nationally recognized team shaping communities through innovative land development projects.As a Civil Project Manager, you’ll lead a team of engineers and designers to bring client visions to life. You’ll serve as a client liaison, technical expert, and team leader-managing everything from design to delivery. This role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to work on high-impact projects across grading, drainage, streets, utilities, and more.
- Lead civil design projects from concept to completion
- Interface with clients, develop proposals, and manage scopes and budgets
- Oversee design criteria, plan preparation, and agency approvals
- Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams
- Ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery of projects
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- Active P.E. license
- 5+ years of experience in land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Salary range: $100,000 - $140,000/year
