Responsibilities:
- Perform live music at various venues and events
- Collaborate with other musicians and artists to create unique performances
- Rehearse and prepare for performances, including learning new songs and practicing existing repertoire
- Engage with the audience and create a memorable experience through music
- Adapt to different musical styles and genres as required by the event or venue
- Maintain and care for musical instruments and equipment
Experience:
- Proven experience as a musician, preferably in a live performance setting
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments
- Strong knowledge of music theory, including reading sheet music and understanding chord progressions
- Ability to improvise and play by ear
- Familiarity with different musical styles, such as jazz, classical, rock, or pop
- Experience performing in theater productions is a plus
