We’re looking for a flexible, energetic, and dependable team member to join our early childhood program! This
full-time position runs from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Float between classrooms to provide teacher breaks
- Support ongoing activities and routines in infant, toddler, and preschool rooms
- Step in with a positive attitude and adapt quickly to various age groups
- Help lead and supervise school-age children during after-school care
- Plan and engage in fun, age-appropriate activities
- Ensure a safe, structured, and enriching environment for our older kiddos
Ideal Candidate:
- Loves working with children of all ages-from infants to school-age
- Thrives in a flexible, fast-paced setting
- Is dependable, team-oriented, and professional
- Has prior experience in child care (preferred but not required)
- Meets minimum state requirements for child care staff
Requirements:
- Must be 18+
- Pass background check and meet licensing qualifications
