Requirements:
As a Child Care Teacher at Encompass, you will:
- Design and Implement Curriculum: Craft a dynamic curriculum centered on play and tailored to children�s interests, ensuring each child feels seen and valued.
- Foster Growth: Guide children in their early education journey, teaching them how to learn through play while promoting fun, creativity, and discovery.

The ideal candidate for this role has:
- An Associate�s or Bachelor�s Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or Early Childhood Special Education
