Charge Nurse (RN ) FULL TIME 11-7 shift

Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility, 90 of which are Long Term and 30 Short Term.

$2.50 Shift Differential

$1.50 Weekend Differential

+ $5.00/Hour if Supervising

This position requires every other weekend and every other holiday:

$36.75- $40.25/hour (+ $5/hour if supervising)

$6.25 - $9.37 per hour for shift pickup bonuses!
