Our competitive hourly starting wages of $17.50 includes the 2nd shift differential. Starting pay for experienced CNA’s will be discussed based upon expertise at the discretion of the Director of Nursing and the facility Administrator.

Certified Nursing Assistants / Shahbaz provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors to ensure that residents may achieve the highest level of physical, social and psychological well-being that is possible in a homelike setting. Shahbaz also are in charge or the day by day running's of household activities like but not limited to light cooking and cleaning.

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements.
  
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
  
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
  
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
  

We are conveniently located one mile from I-40, Exit 417 at 914 Industrial Park Road in Dandridge.

Jefferson Park is a well-established 160-bed, 24-hour skilled nursing facility. Our Legacy building is a 130-bed facility, and we have 30 Green House beds. The 3 Green House Homes are a non-traditional way of living in a nursing home. With a more homelike environment, each home includes 10 private rooms/ bathrooms, hearth area with a fireplace and entertainment center, and an open kitchen and dining area.
