- Oversee day-to-day business operations across all departments (Sales, Resolution, Admin)
- Ensure timely handling of IRS/state cases and client communications
- Manage team performance and implement streamlined workflows and SOPs
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure excellent service delivery
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and resolution teams to achieve revenue targets
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing department leads
- Report directly to the owner and ensure company vision is being executed
- Help expand the company toward $10M+ in annual revenue
- Prior leadership experience in a small or mid-sized company (required)
- Background in tax resolution, financial services, or legal/accounting services (strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and team management skills
- Must be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability - this is an in-office position in Oak Park, IL
- Comfortable managing remote and in-office staff
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
