As a hands-on leader, you will oversee field teams and ensure the safe, high-quality installation and maintenance of inside plant systems. Your work will involve:* Leading crews in the installation of equipment, cable racking, fiber systems, and other ISP infrastructure

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and job scopes
  
• Coordinating job site activities, materials, and timelines to meet project goals
  
• Performing or overseeing testing, turn-up, and commissioning of advanced network systems (e.g., ROADM, CRAN, DWDM)
  
• Ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and customer standards
  
• Serving as the primary on-site contact for clients and project managers
  
• Mentoring junior technicians and fostering a team-first culture
  
• Completing daily reports and progress documentation
  
• Traveling to job sites (4x10 work schedule), including overnight stays as needed
  

‎ :

• Strong understanding of test equipment, network commissioning, and fiber infrastructure
  
• Proven leadership experience in a Foreman, Crew Lead, or equivalent role
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and plans
  
• Competence in using basic and advanced hand tools
  
• Solid computer literacy and comfort working with digital reporting systems
  
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead
  
• Valid Driver�s License and authorization to work in the U.S.
  
• Willingness to travel and lead field crews on multiple-day assignments
