- Precious Babies Learning Academy Daycare and Preschool Inc. has (6) locations in North and West Philly and been in operation for over 20 years. Our operating hours are from 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.
Director will manage staff members by implementing company's rules and regulations, conduct staff meetings, enforce posted classroom schedules. Plan outings and field trips, maintain the facility.
Required Qualifications:
AA Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, Nursing or AA in any field with 30 (ECE) credits.
3-5 years previous experience as a Daycare Director or other related field.
Strong management skills
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong leadership and self-starter qualities
Strong Customer Service Skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
