About the Role:

At Nibblers Catering, our mission is to deliver reliable, made-to-order catering to the greater Phoenix area through fresh, intentional, and exciting menus. We specialize in serving corporate offices, providing disposable drop-off catering, upscale drop-off options, and full-service events (upscale presentation with a serving attendant to assist with anything meal-related).

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Catering Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic catering team. This position works with clients that have been established internally and enters orders into our catering platform, answers phone calls, responds to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and has a firm understanding of the Nibblers Catering operation to promote, plan, and execute our services.

Position Essential Functions:

• Answer telephone calls, answer questions and offer suggestions about the menu, enter information into
  

the catering program accurately, send revisions and updates to clients.

• Work with third party vendors for additional catering needs for events.
  

(ex- rental companies and third-party venues)

• Keeps BOH informed of all activity, including timely preparation of BEO�s.
  
• May be asked to make deliveries and work full-service events as needed.
  
• Comfortable driving and navigating work vehicles.
  
• Occasionally participates in deliveries to meet on-site clients and team members.

What we need from you:

In addition to your amazing attitude, we’re looking for a result-driven professional who brings a combination of key strengths to the role. Excellent communication skills, strong organization, and time management are essential.

Proficiency in CRM software is also important- Caterease experience is a plus. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry, hold a valid driver’s license, and possess a current food handler certification.
