- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including merchandising and stocking shelves as needed.
- Assist in product demonstrations to educate customers about new items or promotions.
- Supervise junior staff members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and retail math calculations.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
