We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with food service operations. - Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Assist in meal preparation and food handling, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with menu planning and dietary aide tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and food preparation stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare caterings for service outside of the restaurant
- Previous experience in food service or a related role is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities, meal preparation, and food handling practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with knife skills and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
