  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a significant advantage, especially in English and other languages.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills are required.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sales experience is a plus, as you may be required to promote products or services during interactions.
  • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
