BS/BA in Mental Health related field w/ 1 year FT exp. in mental health field
ORAssociates Degree in Mental Health related field with 2 years experience in human service field
Must have a clean driving record
- Group counseling and discussion groups
- Implement and coordinate program
- Provide daily case entries that reflect program attendance
- Provide weekly case entries that reflect specific goals established with clients
- Coordinate and monitor professional or other services
- Provide/coordinate transportation to and from the program
- Monitor doctor and lab appointments
- Crisis intervention counseling
- Monitoring and supervision of consumers
- Spanish speaking preferred (not mandatory)
