Who is WARM Center, Inc? Founded in 1987 on the values of Compassion, Hope and Dignity, WARM Center, Inc. provides a continuum of seventeen programs serving over 4,000 low-income households a year. Our programs provide essential support and resources to low-income individuals and families at risk of becoming homeless or experiencing homelessness. Ranging from street outreach, shelter to permanent housing, our programs share the primary goal of preventing and ending homelessness, and promoting economic stability across Washington County.
Job Title: Case Management Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Case Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality case management services across shelter programs. This role ensures that staff provide trauma-informed, client-centered support to residents, and that services align with organizational goals, funder requirements, and best practices in social services. The Case Manager also provides case management to a reduced caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision & Support
· Supervise case managers and support staff across the organization.
· Provide regular supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
· Facilitate team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
Program Oversight
· Ensure consistent implementation of case management protocols and service plans.
· Monitor caseloads and service delivery to ensure quality and compliance.
· Review and approve client assessments, service plans, and discharge summaries.
Data & Compliance
· Ensure accurate and timely documentation in client files and databases.
· Monitor compliance with funder requirements, licensing standards, and internal policies.
· Prepare reports for internal use and external stakeholders.
Client Advocacy & Support
· Support staff in crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and complex case coordination.
· Serve as a point of escalation for client concerns and emergencies.
· Promote a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach to service delivery.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
· Build and maintain relationships with external service providers and referral partners.
· Represent the organization at community meetings, coalitions, and events.
· Coordinate with housing, health, legal, and employment services to support client goals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in case management or social services, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
· Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, housing systems, and client advocacy.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekend---Preferred Skills:
· Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
· Experience working in shelter or residential settings
· Familiarity with HMIS or other client tracking systems
