Our mission is to provide top-notch care for carpets, rugs, upholstery, furniture, floors, draperies, tile, and more, utilizing advanced methods, state-of-the-art equipment, and eco-friendly products.
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Carpet/Floor Cleaning Technician to join our founding team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of cleaning services, including:
- Carpet and area rug cleaning
- Upholstery, curtains, mattress, and leather cleaning
- Odor removal and sanitization
- Perform high quality carpet and other cleaning and maintenance services for clients
- Move/lift and operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Inspect carpets and other surfaces for stains, damages, and other issues
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, stains, and odors
- Move furniture and other items as needed to access carpets and other cleaning surfaces
- Ensure proper care and handling of equipment and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- 5+ years of experience in cleaning, custodial, or environmental services (preferred)
- Background check, drug check, and e-verify employment check clearance
- Effective operation of carpet cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and stain/damage identification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Physical stamina to lift/move 75+ lbs
- Excellent time management and communication skills
