Carpenter/Tradesman

Carpenter - Residential & Commercial Construction
Bucks & Montgomery Counties, PA

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
  
• Frame, install, and repair structures (walls, roofs, floors, etc.)
  
• Work with various materials such as wood, drywall, and framing systems
  
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow tradespeople
  
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company protocols
  
• Mentor apprentices and support overall crew productivity
  
• Perform finish work including doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and drywall
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial carpentry
  
• Skilled in blueprint reading and construction techniques
  
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
  
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and work in varying outdoor conditions
  
• Valid driver�s license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
  
• Willingness to travel locally within Bucks & Montgomery Counties
  
• Proficient with tools, materials, and safety practices
