We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team, specializing in various aspects of construction and restoration. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry and possess a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, including trim carpentry, framing, siding and roofing. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and repairing structures, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks including installation of moldings, baseboards, and cabinetry.
- Erect new framing and additions
- Assist in roof installations and repairs, ensuring proper sealing and weatherproofing.
- Engage in construction painting to enhance the appearance of completed projects.
- Fabricate components as needed for various construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to create a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in trim carpentry, framing and siding are essential.
- Ability to fabricate materials as required for specific projects.
- Knowledge of roofing techniques and construction painting practices is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
