The Adult Education Data and Testing Coach reports to the Coordinator of Career Training and Employer Services.
The AE CT Data and Testing Coach will perform all aspects of the communicated job description. This employee will effectively meet the contractual and performance expectations of the MSD of Wayne Township. Formal performance evaluation will be conducted annually.
- Coordinate program communication via ConnectAble
- Assist with CT interviews
- Participate in CT test proctoring (entry qualification and industry-specific assessments)
- Participate in CT staff and student orientation
- Schedule certification testing (all programs)
- Oversee the CT email inbox
- Send out CT program communication regarding e-learning platform, testing, and data
- Manage all CT portals
- Scholarship
- ConnectAble grade book (all programs)
- Manage all CT E-learning platforms
- WIN (all programs)
- OSHA -10 (all programs)
- NHA (CCMA & PHRM)
- CastleBranch (Healthcare)
- NCCER (ELEC & CONS)
- Manage the CT4Hire drive (create folders, upload pics)
- Update CT program factsheets
- Coordinate student and staff ID badges
- Support career coaches for all programs on 75% placement goals
- Assist with shifting program into an apprenticeship program
- Collect CT completion and certification data
- Collect student success stories in CT Resource drive
- Participate in CT outreach events (ELL+ HSE) + HS Students
- Participate in WTAE graduation
- Provide leadership support with students and staff M/T/R evenings at A31
- Provide additional duties as assigned or approved by the Coordinator of Career Training and Employer Services
