Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our cannabis hubbing operations, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Accurately track, manage, and organize cannabis products using Metrc software to ensure compliance with Alaska�s cannabis regulations.
  
• Order Fulfillment: Process, pick, pack, and prepare bulk orders for licensed retailers with precision and efficiency.
  
• Customer Service: Assist clients in person and via phone, providing product information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to state cannabis regulations, including proper documentation, labeling, and reporting via Metrc.
  
• Warehouse Operations: Receive shipments, conduct quality checks, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and management teams to streamline operations and meet daily goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in inventory management, warehouse operations, or cannabis industry experience. Prior experience with Metrc software is required.
  
• Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to clients.
  
• Knowledge: Familiarity with cannabis products, strains, and Alaska�s cannabis regulations is a plus.
  
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory tracking systems.
  
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Licensing: Must possess or be eligible to obtain an Alaska Marijuana Handler�s Card.
  
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  
• Have both the MJ Handlers and Food Handlers cards.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
