We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess the skills necessary to provide a safe and nurturing environment for pets in a boarding and grooming facility. You will be responsible for the care of animals in our facility, ensuring their well-being and comfort while also providing excellent customer service to pet owners.
- Provide direct care for boarded pets, including feeding, exercising, and cleaning kennels and outdoor yard areas as needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a pet care setting, is preferred.
- Effective communication and capability to multitask.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A genuine love for animals and commitment to their care and welfare is essential.
- Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Strength: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Agility: Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching to care for pets and maintain kennels.
- Active Movement: Engaging in continual movement throughout the day to provide attentive care and service.
