We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Campus President to lead our Reno, NV campus. This role is ideal for a strategic, operations-driven leader with a proven track record of campus growth and operational excellence. While academic oversight is part of the role, we are looking for someone with strong business acumen, enrollment management experience, and the ability to scale and improve campus performance.- Lead all campus operations to ensure an efficient, student-centered environment
- Drive student enrollment growth and retention through strong community engagement and operational strategy
- Oversee daily campus functions, including facilities, admissions, student services, and regulatory compliance
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Partner with academic leaders to ensure programs meet institutional standards and student needs
- Maintain positive relationships with local industry partners, community organizations, and regulatory agencies
- Report on campus metrics and KPIs to executive leadership
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in higher education, for-profit education, or operational management
- Proven success in growing or turning around a campus or business unit
- Strong operational, financial, and people management skills
- Results-oriented with a passion for student success and workforce development
- Bachelor's degree required; Master�s degree preferred
