Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop consumer journey and batch related workflows utilizing technical capabilities within a complex Marketing organization
  
• Work with campaign/journey management applications to derive and improve logic
  
• Create logic that enables the corresponding desired consumer experience
  
• QA and testing for Campaign/Journey builds to ensure solution meets customer business needs
  
• Manage/monitor/automate recurring campaigns/scheduler
  
• Collaborate with Delivery Support Leads to resolve customer issues
  
• Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them
  
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the team
  
• Participate in large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a Marketing-related role working with campaign management solutions that support omni-channel marketing campaign development and execution
  
• Power-user experience with Adobe software suite such as Campaign/Journey/AJO (or comparable application)
  
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse
  
• Exhibit a working proficiency in SQL and understand code generated by Marketing Technology platforms or other developers
  
• Experience to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and projects in a complex & dynamic environment
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare marketing experience
  
• Familiarity with a variety of cross-channel campaign management platforms and marketing cloud solutions preferred (Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or similar)
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  
• Previously worked or is currently working as a employee/contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates
  
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work with ambiguity and confidentiality
  
• Ability to collaborate with team members to meet project related goals and support on-going maintenance
  
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  
• Solid, proven project management skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
