Position Overview

As an

Call Center Representative, you'll play a key role in our outbound call center. This is a telemarketing-style position that involves heavy phone use, contacting prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our services. You’ll help schedule free basement evaluations, assist with dispatching our sales reps, and support homeowners with professionalism and care.

We provide a clear, easy-to-follow phone script to help guide your conversations - no cold calling, no high-pressure tactics - just honest communication and reliable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners (no cold calls)
  
• Use a provided script to guide conversations professionally
  
• Schedule appointments for free basement inspections
  
• Coordinate with the team for follow-up and dispatch
  
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
  
• Maintain accurate records and scheduling logs
  

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
  
• Comfortable making phone calls for most of your shift
  
• Friendly, teachable, and motivated with a positive attitude
  
• Clear communicator and good listener
  
• Comfortable with basic computer use (data entry, email, schedule updates)
  
• Previous customer service, call center, or telemarketing experience is a plus - but not required
  

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
