Job Summary: Under supervision of the Call Center Manager, the Call Center Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls or making outbound calls in a timely manner for Kraemer Women’s Care. This is an onsite position in downtown Columbia, SC. The Call Center Representative will effectively communicate and problem solve to ensure the patient needs are met.
Education: High School Diploma required.
Experience: Previous medical office experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls promptly and courtesously.
Schedules patient appointments, obtains and inputs patient information and verifies insurance.
Responds to all incoming faxed referrals and online appointment requests in a timely manner.
Contacts all patients who requested an appointment to schedule appointment in a timely manner.
