Call Center Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Specialist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations at our medspa. This position will primarily remote, with initial training in office and some days as needed in office.

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism on the phone
  
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and modifications
  
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner
  
• Provide detailed information about our services, products, and packages
  
• Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
  
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate client appointments and treatments
  
• Self motivated to work through call lists, and other client outreach opportunities.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or receptionist role, preferably in a spa or healthcare setting
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Professional demeanor
  
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
