Working Hours: Works 2:30p - 11:00p, typically every other weekend.

Summary - Training level for key access portal for BH, through customer service. Demonstrates competencies in all areas of the job. Demonstrates focus and initiative in learning the job.
Other information:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 12 months customer service experience. Excellent Interpersonal Skills. Computer Skills (MS Word and/or Word Perfect). Ability to work in a team environment. Routes Telephone Calls to Appropriate Areas. Notifies On-Call Personnel. Activates and Notifies of Emergency Procedures.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
