- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages with energy and professionalism
- Help guests with bookings, reschedules, and FAQs
- De-escalate issues calmly and provide solutions
- Keep detailed call logs and communicate trends to leadership
- Collaborate with front desk and operations teams to keep things running smoothly
- $14.00/hour starting pay

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:- Must be 18 or older
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Calm under pressure and energized by helping others
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Comfortable with phone systems and multitasking in a digital environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing and able to obtain a work card upon hire (paid for by Spy Ninjas HQ)
