Job Summary


We are looking for an additional experienced cabinet installer or finish carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working with their hands. The person applying should have a can do attitude and be able to communicate solutions to the team. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients. Ideal candidates should have experience interpreting shop drawings, plans, and specifications while maintaining effective communication with a small team.


This is a physically demanding position that involves lifting and maneuvering cabinetry daily, so good physical condition is essential. Problem-solving on-site is a key aspect of the job, as is the ability to coordinate with other trades throughout the installation process. A valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last five years is required.


Applicants must have extensive knowledge of cabinetry installation tools, including tape measures, drills, saws, clamps, and levels. Given the technical nature of this role, prior experience is necessary-we are unable to provide training for beginners. Successful candidates will be flexible, team-oriented, and capable of working unsupervised while maintaining professionalism and respectful communication.


Key Responsibly


  • Installing Cabinetry: Both residential and commercial settings
  • Communicate: Through various avenues phone, calendar and Monday.com on a daily basis.
  • Installation & Assembly: Measure, cut, and install cabinets according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and levelness.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand shop drawings, plans, and technical diagrams to execute installations accurately, to coordinate an installation in a timely manner.
  • Tool Usage: Operate various hand and power tools, including drills, saws, clamps, and nail guns, to complete installations efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges, adjust cabinet fittings, and communicate issues and time constraints to management.
  • Shop Work: Assist with punch list modifications and delivery.
  • Coordination with Trades: Work alongside electricians, plumbers, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of cabinetry.
  • Quality Control: Inspect cabinets for defects, make necessary adjustments, and apply finishes or sealants when required.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety regulations, use protective equipment, and maintain a clean job site.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide professional service while watching out for scope creep.
