Mike’s Quality Meats is looking for
BUTCHERS with meat cutting experience to join our team. The ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-quality meat preparation and excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
- Perform precise meat cutting and portioning
- Operate and maintain butchering equipment, including:
- Meat grinder
- Band saw
- Knives
- Vacuum sealer
- Set up and break down equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including:
- Mopping floors
- Washing dishes
- Sanitizing surfaces and tools
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter
- Familiarity with meat cutting tools and safety standards
- Basic customer service and cash handling skills
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
