About the Role: Business Strategist


As a

Business Strategist, you will play a key role in connecting with business owners nationwide, understanding their unique challenges, and providing innovative financial solutions to help them overcome debt and achieve long-term success. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, meeting daily and monthly performance goals, and maximizing opportunities within your assigned portfolio. Key Responsibilities:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across the country
  • Manage a robust client/prospect pipeline to maximize business opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering empathetic, consultative guidance tailored to each client�s needs
  • Achieve daily metrics and monthly targets to drive personal and team success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support
  • Continuously seek opportunities to learn from industry leaders and grow professionally


What You Bring:* A hunger for success, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow

  • Strong active listening skills and an empathetic, consultative approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Experience with Excel and CRM systems is a plus
  • Bachelor�s or Associate Degree preferred
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of personal and professional achievement


Compensation and Benefits:


Salary: $70,000 (base salary) plus commission
