The

Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for hands on management of all daily activities of the business office, including billing, collection, and A/R management functions.


Responsibilities* Managing all patients account receivable to ensure that all accounts are collected within an appropriate timeframe
  • Reviewing insurance claims for accuracy and responding to questions about coverage
  • Communicating with insurance providers
  • Coordinating with coding to ensure that claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Managing the billing cycle to ensure all claims are billed accurately and on time
  • Implementing policy shifts to reduce errors and improve patient outcomes
  • Overseeing the staff of BO/RC department

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
  • 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven experience in healthcare billing
  • Sound knowledge of health insurance providers
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
