Our Business Enrollment Trainees are someone who thrives in customer interactions and implementing strategic engagement initiatives. As a Business Enrollment Trainee, you will showcase comprehensive product knowledge, including but not limited to wireless devices, internet products, and all things service related. With provided training and position development, our Business Enrollment Trainee will be well versed in customer service, and sales to assist every customer.


Business Enrollment Trainee Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with inquiries related to AT&T services to access their needs and recommend optimal products or services options available
  • Ensure accurate and efficient execution of all sales-related processes including account set up, management, and order placement
  • Clearly articulate pricing structures, promotional offerings, service timelines, and installation procedures
  • Be well versed in mobile plans available and internet options by staying current on industry trends and product developments
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through value-added services or product upgrades
  • Approach each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset


Business Enrollment Trainee Qualifications:


  • Experience in customer service, sales or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong desire to learn new skills and excel in multitasking
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Problem-resolution capabilities
  • Ability to remain composed, adaptive, and empathetic in high-pressure scenarios
