The
Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and supporting the outside sales team to drive new business growth and brand awareness for TNDD. This role is designed as an entry point into outside sales, with opportunities for professional growth through hands-on industry training, sales shadowing, and technical exposure.o Perform daily cold outreach via:
§ Phone calls to prospects to schedule appointments and site visits, introduce TNDD’s services, and identify opportunities for PM contracts and T&M repair estimates.
§ Door-to-door site visits to collect site demographics, identify key decision-makers, and gather contact details (phone, email).
o Use tools such as Google Maps, CoStar, Atlanta Book of Lists, and other platforms to generate and research prospects.
o Maintain detailed records of all site visits including:
§ Site address
§ Site contact
§ Number of docks and doors
§ Manufacturer/equipment identification (when available)
o Participate in ride-alongs with TNDD Sales Representatives to attend customer meetings, site visits, and job site checks.
o Assist in collecting site information during large-scale visits to support and expedite the quoting process.
o Represent TNDD at networking events such as BOMA happy hours, educational seminars, tradeshows, and industry events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
o Assist the Inside Sales team in generating quotes for end-user customers, particularly during peak demand periods.
· Work closely with team members and other departments.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
o Familiarity with CRM systems
o Capable and efficient using online research tools
o Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
o Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

· For site visits - walking/standing: Stand and walk for extended periods, including traversing uneven terrain and walking several blocks; may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions (heat, cold, rain), and loud noises; must wear appropriate PPE (including but not limited to a hard hat and safety glasses) during site visits.

Ability to work in a typical office environment. Occasionally it may be required to assist with light lifting or walking to different departments throughout the office in addition to an occasional work site visit, requiring light travel (within a day’s commute) for job site checks and to meet with customers or clients. Site visits will require both indoor and outdoor visits where weather conditions and exposure could be variable - heat, cold, humidity, precipitation. Walking on uneven surfaces may be required on occasion and there may be exposure to loud noises.
