As a Budtender, you will be the face of our dispensary, assisting patients with product selection, ensuring compliance with Mississippi state regulations, and creating a positive and informative experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that requires precision, compassion, customer service, empathy, and professionalism.

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude
  
• Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance tailored to individual needs
  
• Foster a welcoming environment for returning and first-time patients.
  

• Adhere to all Mississippi medical cannabis regulations and company policies
  
• Accurately verify patient credentials and ensure proper documentation
  
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
  

• Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory
  
• Keep displays and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant
  
• Monitor product expiration dates and ensure proper rotation
  

• Accurately process transactions through POS system
  
• Balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts
  
• Follow all protocols for secure and compliant financial handling
  

• Stay current on all products, strains, terpenes, consumption methods, and effects
  
• Educate patients on proper usage and dosage based on their medical needs
  
• Participate in ongoing training and vendor events
  

• Must be 21+ years of age
  
• Valid Mississippi medical marijuana work permit or ability to obtain one
  
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
  
• Strong knowledge or passion for cannabis and its therapeutic applications
  
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
