We’re currently hiring Budtenders with open evening and weekend availability to join our Coldwater team. - Weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- Deliver outstanding customer service and cannabis education
- Guide customers through product selection based on their needs and preferences
- Accurately process sales and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Answer questions about strains, effects, dosage, and product categories
- Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new inventory
- Support store operations and team goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check (per state law)
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Starting wage: $14-$17/hr + cash tips
