This position evaluates, analyze, interprets, and delivers data to Senior Budget Analysts, program, and agency leadership. They will develop, implement, and validate ad hoc and ongoing reports, through complex data queries, data analysis, and creating automated reports. They translate metrics and data to agency business needs and technical specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards and support strategic fiscal analysis and planning. They are responsible to design and maintain structured, reusable data pipelines and storage systems (e.g., databases, data marts, or structured files) for the unit to support efficient data retrieval, cleaning, and transformation for reporting and analysis and for the full data management flow of input, storage, transformation, retrieval, and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications* A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work. OR;

Working Conditions
This position is a hybrid work environment that requires coming to the office in Salem, Oregon for quarterly meetings with occasional additional office work as determined by program need.
