Breakfast Attendant-Part time

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests.
• Start time is 5:30am.
  
• Ensure food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area
  
• Greet and assist guests with their breakfast needs
  
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns
  
• Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery
  
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of food served
  
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred
  
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and meal preparation is a plus
  
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  
• Excellent guest service skills, including a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  
• Understanding of food safety regulations and practices
  
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  

-Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day. Be a source of information on area needs such as grocery shopping, post office, highways and entertainment

-Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to be addressed
