Breakfast Attendant

Different days of the week most schedules - 4 days a week

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a key role in providing our guests with an exceptional breakfast experience. You will be responsible for ensuring breakfast is prepared to high-quality standards, served during the designated hours, and the kitchen area is cleaned and reset efficiently afterward.

• Preparation: Arrive by 6AM and make sure everything is stocked.
  
• Breakfast Service: Ensure all food is ready and available for guests from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Assist guests as needed, ensuring they have a pleasant experience.
  
• Breakdown and Clean-Up: Once breakfast service closes, take responsibility with helping cleaning and resetting the breakfast area to standard if needed. This includes clearing any food items, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  
• Inventory Management: Assist with restocking breakfast items as necessary and ensure all supplies are available and properly stored for the next service.
  
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation throughout the shift.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff and other team members to ensure a seamless operation and great guest service.
  

• Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen service is a plus.
  
• Ability to operate specialized kitchen equipment such as a rational oven.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
  
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently during early morning hours.
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with the team.
  

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
  
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as trays or food supplies.
