Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Duties: - Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring that all food items are properly displayed and stocked - Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, assisting them with any questions or special requests - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area, including wiping down tables, replenishing condiments, and cleaning up spills - Monitor food levels throughout the breakfast service and restock as needed - Clear tables and clean dishes promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests - Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed - Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality to guests - Basic culinary knowledge is a plus - Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations is beneficial - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail - Phone etiquette skills for taking reservations or answering guest inquiries This position offers competitive pay and may include additional benefits such as employee discounts or opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
