THE POSITION //BRAND COORDINATOR


WEBB is seeking a motivated Brand Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our brand presence. This position primarily manages social content, editing, planning, and engagement for all three of the WEBB brands: WEBB Integration, WEBB Production, and 360 Scenery . The Brand Coordinator blends social media expertise with broader marketing support, offering the opportunity to shape our brand voice while contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. From crafting engaging social content to supporting client communications and website development, you'll play a key role in telling WEBB's story across multiple channels.


THE RESPONSIBILITIES //


  • Supervise and direct social media intern in creating, editing, and scheduling content that reflects our brand voice and quality of work
  • Develop social media strategy and content calendars to drive awareness and engagement across all WEBB brands
  • Review and approve all social content to ensure alignment with WEBB brand standards and client expectations
  • Coordinate with other team members (Producers, Creative, Video) to plan and execute content that showcases our work
  • Oversee social media engagement, ensuring timely and on-brand responses to comments, DMs, and brand mentions
  • Monitor customer reviews and brand mentions, directing appropriate responses and engagement
  • Create regular reporting on social analytics to inform strategy and guide intern's daily activities
  • Maintain brand consistency by ensuring intern adapts content to WEBB's voice, look and feel
  • Working with the Brand Director, write content for websites, ads, and other marketing efforts.
  • Pull data/analytics for quarterly reporting
  • Write and post new web pages (blogs, case studies, job postings, etc.)
  • Help develop and write marketing and client communications
  • Support ongoing market research for strategic campaigns, outreach, SEO, etc.
  • Assist with coordinating photographers/videographers to document our work at event(s).


THE REQUIREMENTS //


  • 2-4 years professional experience managing business social media accounts with demonstrated growth and engagement results
  • Strong writing and editing skills for web content, social media, and client communications
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or interns preferred
  • Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting tools, and Google Suite
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-directed and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals including SEO and content strategy
  • Basic understanding of the events industry or eager willingness to learn
  • Bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite experience and website management skills
