Job Title: Brand Ambassador
- Check in/out event kits before and after each activation
- Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and informative manner
- Travel to and from assigned events across the Kansas City metro area
- Promote the From The Earth rewards program and encourage sign-ups
- Educate attendees on From The Earth dispensary locations and offerings
- Provide accurate information about Illicit Gardens products and brand values
- Answer consumer questions related to Illicit Gardens and From The Earth
- Submit a completion form after each event summarizing engagement and outcomes
- Must have reliable transportation to attend events
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (event kit handling)
- Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month unless otherwise noted
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- $20.00 per hour
