We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and challenges.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology relevant to behavioral health.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and best practices in behavioral therapy.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions that support patients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies and therapeutic techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.


Qualifications


  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • New Graduates Accepted
  • Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and data collection methods.
  • Experience in diagnostic evaluation within the field of behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral therapy.
  • Proven ability to provide effective patient care through tailored interventions.
  • Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • A compassionate approach towards supporting individuals with diverse needs.
